Operational and legal notices for Lucida users.
Terms
Using Lucida involves blockchain, smart contract, strategy, market, liquidity, governance, wallet, and regulatory risk. Users are responsible for reviewing transactions before signing and for deciding whether Lucida is appropriate for them.
Formal terms are provided through official Lucida channels. If the terms are unavailable or unclear, users should not deposit until they understand the applicable risks and conditions.
Privacy
Lucida uses the minimum information needed to provide the application, including wallet addresses, public on-chain transaction data, and support messages that users choose to send.
Lucida does not ask for private keys or seed phrases. Users should avoid sending sensitive wallet credentials, personal documents, or unnecessary private information through support channels.
Restricted Access
Access may be restricted based on applicable law, compliance requirements, sanctions rules, product availability, or Lucida policy. Users are responsible for determining whether they may use Lucida from their location.
Support
For product assistance, transaction questions, documentation issues, or security reports, contact support@lucidafi.xyz. For security-related reports, include "Security Report" in the subject line and avoid sharing private keys or seed phrases.
- Seed phrases. Lucida support will never ask for a seed phrase.
- Private keys. Lucida support will never request a private key.
- Domains. Users should verify the official domain before signing or sending information.
- Confirmed transactions. Support cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.
